  • After your return is approved, please ship the item within 5 days to the return address we provide.

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued within 7 business days of receiving and approving the return.

  • Refunds are processed via cash.

5. Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost.
